Build River Safety Skills

This 1-day introductory course is perfect for paddlers looking to build confidence in whitewater environments. Learn how to swim, stay safe, and move effectively in moving water, developing the essential skills to protect yourself and assist others.

Through practical exercises, you’ll experience self-rescue techniques, river swimming skills, and basic safety awareness, all in a controlled and supportive environment. Ideal for those new to whitewater paddling or looking to strengthen their safety knowledge.
