Develop Sheltered Water SUP Coaching Skills
This 2-day training course is designed for paddlers looking to develop their leadership skills for guiding kayakers in Grade 2/3 whitewater. The course focuses on risk assessment, group management, and leadership strategies to ensure safe and enjoyable trips in moderate whitewater environments.
Participants will gain practical experience leading groups, refining their decision-making skills, river reading, and rescue techniques under the guidance of experienced whitewater instructors. This training is an essential step toward becoming a confident and effective leader in whitewater conditions.
