Learning to coach shouldn’t feel like sitting through a dry lecture. At Squiggly Adventures, we know that real progress happens through trial, error, and plenty of laughs on the water.
The BCAB / Paddle UK Core Coach Training is the foundational step of your coaching pathway. Instead of focusing on what stroke to teach, we dive into how people actually learn and why we structure sessions the way we do. We’ll draw on sports science, performance psychology, and real-world river experience to help you build confidence, create killer learning environments, and adapt your delivery when things (inevitably!) go off-script.
Whether you paddle a kayak, canoe, sea kayak, or SUP, this course gives you the universal coaching toolbox you need to help others thrive on the water.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit if canceled at least 14 days before, 75% within the 14 days or 25% if within 24 hours before the start of the activity. Discretion will be applied if circumstances are difficult.
