Squiggly Adventures: Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our booking and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your adventure with Squiggly Adventures.

Booking Confirmation:

Your booking is confirmed once full payment has been received by Squiggly Adventures.

Cancellation by You:

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to [Your Squiggly Adventures Email Address]. The date of cancellation will be taken as the date your email is received by us.

Our refund policy for cancellations is as follows:

* 14 days or more prior to the activity start date: 90% refund of the total booking cost.

* Between 7 and 14 days prior to the activity start date: 50% refund of the total booking cost.

* Less than 7 days (but more than 24 hours) prior to the activity start date: 25% refund of the total booking cost.

* On the day of the activity (within 24 hours of start time) or "no-show": 0% refund (no refund).

Cancellation by Squiggly Adventures:

In the rare event that Squiggly Adventures has to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions making the activity unsafe, insufficient participant numbers, or instructor illness), we will endeavour to provide you with as much notice as possible. In such cases, you will be offered:

* A full refund of your booking fee.

* The option to reschedule your booking to an alternative date.

Squiggly Adventures will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., travel, accommodation, or other related expenses) as a result of our cancellation.

Changes to Your Booking:

If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., date, number of participants), please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.

Participant Responsibility:

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and have the appropriate equipment (if required for the specific course) for the chosen activity. Squiggly Adventures reserves the right to refuse participation if an individual is deemed unprepared or unsuitable for the activity for safety reasons. In such cases, no refund will be given.

Insurance:

We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate personal insurance cover for outdoor activities, which may include cover for cancellation or curtailment, personal injury, and loss or damage to personal effects and equipment.
